Balayage
A technique for highlighting hair in which the lightener is painted on in such a way as to create a graduated, natural-looking effect.
This is going to be your more "lived in" blonde. You can do a Full/Partial/Face Framing Balayage.
For upkeep, you are looking at 3-6 month appointments. Grey coverage can be added to these services if needed.
